My Review:
You know the anxious feeling you get when you watch a horror movie? This book is that feeling. If you are looking for a great horror novel, look no further and pick this up. Just fyi, make sure you look up trigger warnings for animal  death beforehand if you are sensitive to that!

The Only Good Indians is great at keeping the reader on edge 24/7 - there is no break. This book is devastating in so many ways. One of the things that makes this book so good is that you really get to be in the mind of the four main characters. Throughout the book you are reading from each of their point of views and as they each grow more and more paranoid and scared so do you as the reader. Not only do you have the psychological horror element in this novel but the visuals the author creates are 10/10.

I will say I found that I had to take more breaks when reading this one as compared to other horror novels because there is a lot of deeper meanings packed into everything and it really makes you think. The back of the book correlates this to a Jordan Peele movie and I 1000% agree. If you are a fan of those movies or just horror in general you need to pick up this book up.

Signing off,
Molly
