Undercover Bromance
By: Lyssa Kay Adams
Released: March 10th, 2020
Pages: 348
My Rating: 4/5

Goodreads Synopsis:
Liv Papandreas has a dream job as a pastry chef at Nashville's hottest restaurant. Too bad the celebrity chef owner is less than charming behind kitchen doors. After she catches him harassing a young hostess, she confronts him and gets fired. Liv vows revenge, but she'll need assistance to take on the powerful chef.

Unfortunately, that means turning to Braden Mack. When Liv's blackballed from the restaurant scene, the charismatic nightclub entrepreneur offers to help expose her ex-boss, but she is suspicious of his motives. He'll need to call in reinforcements: The Bromance Bookclub.

Inspired by the romantic suspense novel they're reading, the book club assists Liv in setting up a sting operation to take down the chef. But they're just as eager to help Mack figure out the way to Liv's heart...even though she's determined to squelch the sparks between them before she gets hurt.

My Review:

I loved the first book in this series, The Bromance Book Club, so I was thrilled to be picking this one up and dare I say... I LOVED IT MORE THAN THE FIRST ONE!? I did, I enjoyed this book so much, it was so fun. I found myself laughing out loud at multiple parts and, just like the first one, I loved all of the characters, especially Liv and Mack. Who doesn't love a good enemies to lovers romance?

I thought the plot of this one to be great and very relevant and just overall empowering. I loved that you still got the vibe of the Bromance Book Club without being a carbon copy of the first book. It had the same cheesey moments that I enjoyed from the first one but new dynamics and relationships. Can we take a moment to appreciate Rosie and Hop? I found so many of the "side" characters in this one to be just fantastic.

I cannot wait to delve into the next book in the series. Have you read any of them? Do you have a favorite? I know there is a new one coming out this summer and I am debating getting it preordered because I already know I will love it. This series is just too fun not to enjoy.

Catch you later,

Molly
